Happy birding in a nearby field

Location: Nishi-ku, Kobe City
On a beautiful day in March, I went birding at my own field.
As I got off the station and walked along the river, the first bird that greeted me was a Dusky Thrush.

On that day, Japanese Bush Warblers and Eurasian Skylarks were singing everywhere, and I could feel the arrival of spring.

The Red-flanked Bluetail and Daurian Redstart that I had photographed so much this winter were becoming fewer and fewer in number. The Red-flanked Bluetail is probably returning to the high mountains and the Daurian Redstart is probably returning to the continent. It is very sad to say goodbye to them.

I was able to see many wild birds on this day, and it was a very enjoyable birding.
