Happy birding in a nearby field

Date: One day in January, 2022
Location: Nishi-ku, Kobe City
On a sunny morning in January, I went birding in a nearby field as usual. After getting off at the subway station, I walked along the river toward temple T. I was able to see many wild birds along the way.
On this day, there were two Little Egrets looking at the river. They must have been looking for fish.

At temple T, I saw many wild birds as usual, including Red-flanked Bluetails and Daurian Redstarts. A male Red-flanked Bluetail came close to me. His feathers looked bluer and more beautiful than usual.

I also saw a male Grey Bunting for the first time on this day. He quickly hid, but I managed to get a picture of his cool dark gray feathers.

On the way back, I spotted a Kingfisher in a different place than usual.
