Date: One day in November, 2021
Location: Nishi-ku, Kobe City
On a beautiful sunny day at the end of November, I went birding in a nearby field as usual. It is one of my favorite places for birding. I think that one of the most common wild birds seen there is the Bull-headed Shrike (Mozu). Especially in autumn, they are singing loudly everywhere and claiming their territory.
On this day, I was able to see several Bull-headed Shrikes.

They are always perched in conspicuous places, which makes it easy for me to take pictures of them.
On this day, I saw a Sandpiper (Shigi) for the first time on my way back from visiting temple T.

After that, I saw several wild birds, some of which I did not know the names of. It seems that I need to study more about the names of wild birds.
